Painting Myself

I've been blonde most of my life. And the past few years I haven't paid much attention to my hair, just letting it grow, and adding color where it's missing (where does that grey hair come from??). But I've been in the middle of this intense project using oils and oil pastels in a way that I have been literally wearing them for days.

Yesterday I went to get my nails done, and my hairdresser happened to have a block of free time and we got creative. Why? I don't know. I cut about four inches off of it and dyed it a variety of colors. So much that when I got up this morning and looked in the mirror I shocked myself. Yikes! Now THAT's what an Art Girl should look like, no?

Very artistic! Artists have to express themselves in many venues! I like the purple/red...I've gone burgundy my self...:)

well I'm happy to see my true friends (all of you)approve of my new look. Even my neighbors like it (in a funny kind of "that's interesting" way)!
