Overworking

I have discussed this way too many times. Obviously I am attracted to the stress of having too much work to do in too little time.

Today I received confirmation for the six 8 ft photo paintings, plus three additional large photographs printed on canvas (and stretched). Yay!

If that weren't enough, I heard from my rep on the West coast, and he ordered a dozen paintings on paper.

That in addition to the PO I received yesterday could send me into a frenzy before my trip to Santa Fe.

With those POs in mind I went shopping. There's an old dusty wholesale art supply company here in Dallas. I think I might be one of the few people who even know about it. I love to go in there and walk through the warehouse blowing dust off of packages, and sticking my arm back into shelves you can't see in. I bought six rolls of canvas! And I found a real bargain on high grade size 20 artist brushes. They may be old but they're still new. I rounded out the shopping spree with some odd color acrylics, and a couple gallons of resin. After I got home I called Legion Paper and ordered 200 sheets of Stonehenge. I'm ready for anything!
