Taking a Deep Breath
Whenever my friends are stressed out, I always advise them to "take a deep breath". It really does help, but I rarely think of it for myself, so someone has to tell me. Which they did, thankfully, and after the studio got cleaned up last night I shut the doors and spent mindless hours on the couch watching summer TV and breathing deeply. I feel better for it.
However, deadlines are approaching for my next two projects (which interestingly are the exact same series for clients in two different cities) and I was up at 5:30 this morning. Haven't gotten the paints out yet, but I'm in design mode.
