Workspace at the End of the Day

Yikes! What a mess (again). Sure sign work's being done. I'm about to drop. I'm having a WONDERFUL time with the grid, but since it's not the first one due out the door, it's more of a distraction right now. I'm deep in the creativity of it and don't want to stop. In the meantime, photo above shows the six landscapes hanging to dry in between paint layers. They are almost done. Why do they look so much alike? That's what the client wanted, and unlike other projects, these will be hung all together. It's kind of a cool look. These are the ones going in the casino in New Orleans that got hit by Katrina.

On the back table, top picture, I have two new 36" x 36" canvases prepped for grids. They are at the drying stage, too, before I mark off the grid lines.

I designed the four paintings on my list of things to do. I have not yet designed the 20 foot hotel installation. I have too many other things in my head blocking the path.

I don't need to stop for the Super Bowl, but I am interested in seeing old Mick Jagger perform! I'm worn out.
